The Junavex Standard

At Junavex, we don’t just craft toys; we create moments of joy for your most loyal companions. Every selection undergoes rigorous testing for durability and safety before leaving our creative lab. We recognize that pet toys are masterpieces intended to be used with full heart and energy.

The Grace Period

Should you feel that your selection does not perfectly align with your expectations of premium quality, we offer a 30-day window from the delivery date to initiate a return.

To uphold our strict hygiene and safety protocols, returned items must be:

  • In Pristine Condition: Original packaging, tags, and security seals must be intact.

  • Unused: The toy must be free from bite marks, scratches, saliva, or any signs of pet interaction.

  • Documented: Accompanied by the original order number or proof of purchase.

The Process

  1. Initiate: Please contact us at service@junavex.com.

  2. Review: Our concierge team will review your request within 48 hours and provide specialized shipping instructions.

  3. Inspection: Upon arrival, we will conduct a quality inspection. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method.

  4. Logistics: Unless the return is due to a verified manufacturing defect, the client is responsible for the return shipping costs.

Important Considerations

  • Indestructibility Disclaimer: While Junavex toys are engineered for resilience, no toy is entirely indestructible. We cannot offer refunds for damage resulting from normal play or aggressive chewing. However, our team is always available to help you select a more suitable "Power Chewer" collection.

  • Final Sale: Custom-made items or those marked as "Final Sale" are not eligible for return.
